All orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
Our standard flat rate postage fee is $7.95 however we have a number of postage options available which can be viewed in our POSTAGE OPTIONS category such as regsitered post, small items postage, express postage, etc. Please note that there may be instances where additional postage is payable such as for bulky items like albums, some beyond the page projects which may be heavier than normal, machines, etc. We will advise you in the item listing if there is additional postage payable on the item you are purchasing.
REGISTERED POST
Registered post is highly recommended and is available for an extra charge of $2.90. To use this option please access our Postage Options category and add registered post to your cart. The use of registered post enables your order to be tracked and provides insurance against loss or damage whilst in transport.
Embellish Scrapbooking takes care when packaging your items to ensure their safe arrival however if you do not elect to use registered post we cannot accept responsability for any loss or damage caused whilst in transit with Australia Post.
SMALL ORDERS
In our Postage Options category we also have the option for small orders. We understand that sometimes you just want something small and it is unreasonable to pay a flat postage rate so if your items will fit in an A5 envelope (ie., no papers or other 12x12 items then you can add this item to your shopping cart. When you are going through the checkout process select Store Pickup as your postage item and this will then remove the fixed postage fee thereby only charging you the small orders postage fee. DISPATCH TIME
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment (funds must be cleared if paid via cheque or money order or available in our account when paid via direct deposit). Generally speaking PayPal is the fastest payment method as funds are available immediately (excludes echeques which clear like a normal cheque).
If there is any delay with dispatch of your order you will be notified as soon as possible.
